Tradsark Starts Low-VOC Laminating Line for Aluminum Foil Fiberglass Fabric

Tradsark New Materials (Weifang) Co., Ltd. has commissioned a new production line for aluminum-coated fabrics at its factory in Weifang, Shandong Province.

The line is designed to produce aluminum foil-coated fiberglass fabric and other heat-reflective composite materials. These materials are used in thermal insulation, pipe wrapping, heat shielding, fire-resistant covers and industrial protection products.

The equipment was supplied by Jiangyin Honghua Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. It uses a solvent-free, low-VOC lamination process to bond fiberglass fabric with aluminum foil or reflective film.

The production line includes a sealed coating chamber, centralized exhaust gas collection for the curing ovens, an RCO exhaust gas treatment system, online temperature control and safety interlock functions.

During construction, Tradsark placed particular focus on lamination stability, oven temperature control, exhaust gas collection and safe continuous operation.

The line is also supported by fire protection and emergency power equipment. The factory uses Enerzip diesel emergency water pump equipment and two 500 kVA industrial standby diesel generator sets to keep critical systems running during a mains power failure.

The standby power system is designed to support the exhaust gas collection system, RCO treatment system, fire pumps and production control equipment if utility power is interrupted.

Tradsark has completed the required environmental procedures for the project, including environmental impact assessment, emission registration or permit procedures, and post-construction environmental acceptance. The company also operates in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

With the new line in operation, Tradsark will continue to produce aluminum foil fiberglass fabric, aluminum-coated fabrics and heat-reflective insulation materials for industrial, construction and thermal protection applications.
