Shipping Policy

The Valley Closet Delivery is expected to be within 3-7 business days. We ship with UPS and USPS and our shipping times are intended to be an estimate only. We will get your item out promptly, but please allow for circumstances beyond our control such as delays in clearing customs for international shipments, payment approval, and other matters.

Shipping on orders over USD $150 is free using code SHIP150. A shipping fee is charged for orders under USD $150, and may vary based on location.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We will issue a refund if proof of the inauthenticity of the item(s) is provided. If you believe an item you purchased is not authentic and have obtained proof, please get in touch with us.

If the item is approved for return and a refund, the item must be returned promptly. Items must be returned in the exact condition they were shipped.
