Charity Bake Sale: A Sweeter Tomorrow

On September 13, 2025, Whitecaps organised a Charity Bake Sale in collaboration with the Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled. The pastry school offers an Advanced diploma in baking, which is a 6-month Level 3 program covering Baking, Patisserie and Chocolate Art, recognised by City & Guilds, London. The event was exclusively brought together by the Diploma students, showcasing their creativity, skill, and commitment to a meaningful cause.

Every dessert sold carried more than just flavour; it symbolised hope, as the proceeds supported children in need. The message conveyed was very bold. “Every dessert has a story; this time, it’s about giving a child a sweeter tomorrow” The bake sale reflected the Whitecaps’ ethos of blending artistry with social responsibility.
