Internship Program

The internship program offered by the organization offers full-time summer internships which are also paid. This is open for college students from freshman to senior years.

Associate Program

The Matching Process: Find Talent, Fast

Finding the right candidate shouldn’t feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. The Script makes it simple.

1. Pick a Plan & Submit Profiles

Companies check eligibility, choose a plan, and create an account. Then, they submit position profiles to kickstart the matching process.

2. Get Matched

The Script finds candidates with the right skills. Companies receive up to 3 intern matches and up to 6 associate matches.

3. Connect & Interview

Companies reach out to top matches or request a new pool. From there, they follow their own interview process.

4. Hire & Retain

Intern offers go out by May 1. Associate offers happen anytime there’s a fit. A mentor helps new hires settle in and succeed.
