Sethurathnam Ravi (S. Ravi) is a distinguished Indian Chartered Accountant, renowned for his leadership in finance and corporate governance. He served as the Chairman of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) from November 2017 to February 2019 and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ravi Rajan & Co. LLP, an advisory and accountancy firm headquartered in New Delhi.

A Postgraduate in Commerce, Mr. Ravi also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He is an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE), USA, and a registered Insolvency Resolution Professional, reflecting his expertise across multiple areas of finance and compliance.
