Kalyan Developers hands over luxury project in Kottayam
March 1, 2019 ( PR Submission Site ) Kalyan Developers has completed the on-time delivery of their fifth project, ‘Kalyan Sanctuare’, here. The keys were handed over in a private ceremony held at the property. The ceremony was presided by Jacob Mathew, Managing Editor of Malayala Manorama, and Sheebha Punnen, counselor, Devalokam ward.
The luxury project is located at kanjikuzhy on the Devalokam-Kollad Road opposite Kottayam Club. It is just 500 metres from the kanjikuzhy Junction and Mount Carmel School. The project won the 2018 award for Best Project Non-Metro by Realty Plus magazine.
The project has state-of-the-art amenities such as swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, mini theatre, party hall, a designer lobby, and lounge and roof-top party area. It also has a multi-tier security system with video door phones and CCTV camera. A modern waste management system compprising a waste-to-manure converter and a sewage treatment plant have been provided. Digital cable TV provision, centralised gas supply,24×7 power back up and rain water harvesting are the other features of the complex.
Started in 2011, Kalyan Developers has already completed and handed over more than 300 luxury homes which come to around 5 lakhs square feet built up area.
