Realty firm SBP to invest Rs 730 cr for projects in Himachal

(prsubmissionsite) November 14, 2019 –New Delhi, Sep 7 (PTI) Punjab-based realty firm SBP Group has signed agreements with the Himachal Pradesh government to invest Rs 730 crore for developing housing and commercial projects in the hilly state.


SBP Group has signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with the Himachal Pradesh government to invest Rs 730 crore in the Himalayan state, the realty firm said in a statement.

The MoUs were signed during the investors’’ meet held recently in Chandigarh, it added.


As per the MoUs, SBP Group will invest Rs 630 crore for building residential projects in Mandi, Solan and Shimla and another Rs 100 crore for a resort/hotel with 120 rooms in Shimla, the statement said.


SBP Group MD Aman Singla and VP Raman Singla said the company is expanding its presence in Himachal Pradesh after establishing a strong customer base with multiple projects in Punjab.

SBP Group Opens New Eco-Friendly Office

(prsubmissionsite) November 14, 2019 –Chandigarh 18th October:- One of the largest real estate developers of Tricity- SBP group has opened its new environment-friendly office at airport Road in sector 82, Mohali. With the capacity of seating 400 people, the five floors long building has been mostly constructed using wood and glass. Also, following the directions of the Central Government, the group has banned the use of plastic in the office. The entire area has been eco-friendly to reduce carbon emissions on every office floor.

Large windows have been installed in the office to optimize the natural light and to reduce the consumption of electricity. This precisely designed eco-friendly workplace will serve as a source of inspiration for the city and its surrounding area.

The inauguration of this immaculately designed office was done by the MD Aman Singla in presence of Business Head and Vice President Raman Singla, Anu Singla, Director Sahil Bansal, GM Marketing Parveen Goyal along with Alok and Dhaliwal.

While talking about the new office Raman Singla said that the purpose of opening new offices is to reach our customers easily. Along with keeping the comfort of the staff and our customers, we have also taken care of the environment by adopting environment-friendly construction techniques for our new office. He added that in this office, the emphasis is to increase greenery and reduce carbon emission. The whole purpose is to preserve the environment with our best possible efforts and to encourage our customers also to adopt eco-friendly measures.
