Having a PhD in Psychology from University of Essex (UK), I am a dedicated Clinical Child Psychologist and I can’t get mad at anyone because I understand everyone’s reasons for doing everything. My beloved Mom, the Naughty Princess, always said, “Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people won’t, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can’t.” She transmitted all her qualities of a successful entrepreneur to me. So I became an Entrepreneur. I am the Founder and Chairperson of My School ITALY and RITZY. The result of my 3 decades long career in Europe, as a Psychologist, an Educationist and an Entrepreneur, is my unquenchable thirst for EMPOWERING & REVITALISING people through EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE (ECEC) FACILITIES, Encouraging entrepreneurship in economically disadvantaged communities and generating JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL in rural India. A strong woman loves, forgives, walks away, lets go, tries again, perseveres... no matter what life throws at her. Hence, I established, since my return to India in 2015, Mr RITZY Group of companies and RITZY Educational Society to realise my mission and vision to create equalisers that allow individuals from variant educational, socio-economic and familial backgrounds to prosper financially. Today as a philanthropist I am working not only with marginalised community children in Telangana, but with the tribal children of Lahaul and Spiti in Himachal Pradesh at the altitude of 13000 ft above sea level.

• 1995 UK Queen’s Award for excellence in studies. This next milestone was when I bagged this Award as the only non Brit for having received this Award in last 27 years of Britain’s history of education.
• 2004 EU’s Joint Research Commission’s Award as Best IT Consultant of the year was the result of my dedicated work in the Human medicines Department in Ispra, Italy.
